Deceased Pooja (18y)d/o Angad caste chamar was working as a food making at accused Mamta wadhera caste panjabi house since three years. she living at accused house and going at her house on every saturday and return back to accused house on monday morning. on dated 12.5.2019 at approx: 4.30pm accused Mamta wadhera call to victim Sangeeta and said to instruct her daughter Pooja. when Sangeeta went at accused house she found her daughter Pooja was brutally murdered and trying to create the seen as a suicide. victim complaint to police same day but police throgh her complaint in dustbin. FIR was ragistered after protest march by victims and civil society. 

THE VICTIM KAMLAKANT WAS RETURNING FROM THE SCHOOL OFTEACHINGAT 1.30 PM    AT THE WAY NAFEES AND OTHER BEATEN AND ABUSING THEIR CASTE NAME . VICTIM HAD GOT INJRED  AND BECAME UNCONSCIOUS AT THE INCIDENT PLACE .  ACCUSED WERE RAN AWAY FROM THE INCIDENT PLACE . OTHER PERSON CALLED TO 100 CONTROL ROOM TO POLICE . POLICE REACHED INCIDENT PLACE AND ADMITTED HIM IN TODAR PUR HEALTH CENTRE .AFTER THAR THE DOCTOR REFER TO VICTIM TO DISTRICT HOSPITAL HARDOI .

AFTER POLICE LODGD FIRST INFORMATIONREPORT AGAINST ACCUSED UNDER SECTIONS 323/504/506 INDIAN PENAL CODE AND 3(1)r , 3(2) Va  of SC/ST (PoA) Amendment act 2015 . POLICE DID NOT ARRESTED TO ACCUSED AND ACCUSE HAS BEEN BAILED OUT . NOW THE CHARGESHEET PENDINGIN POLICE STATION .

ACCUSATION OF THEFT OF D.J SOUND ACCUSED PERSONS HAD BRUTALLY BEATEN TO THE TWO MINOR DALIT BOYS  IN HAMIR PUR DISTRICT, UTTAR PRADESH  ON THE DATE OF 20TH APRIL 2019 . 

ACCUSED HAD  WITH NUDE  AS ANIMAL BEATEN TO BOTH BOYS. THEY BINDED THEIR HANDS AND LEGS AND HANGING TO WELL AND BEATEN AFTER. BOTHE VICRIM CHILDREN WERE PLAYING IN BHAURA VILLAGE , SUMERPUR . AFTER THAT ACCUSED PERSONS ACCUSATION TO THAT INNOCENT CILDREN TO THEFT OF  D.J., CHILDREN SAID THEY DID NOT THEFT , BUTACCUSED PERSONS NOT READYTO LISTEN THE VIOCE OF CHILDREN.

AFTER THE INCIDENT , THE PARENTS OF CHILDREN CALL TO 100 MO. POLICE CONTROL ROOM. AFTER POLICE CAME AND ARRETED ALL ACCUSED AND PUT TO THE POLICE STATION, AND SENT TO THE JAIL UNDER SECTION 151 Cr. P.C in SIMPLE CRIME. ON 20TH APRIL 2019. AFTER THE PRESSURE OF oRGANISATION AND APPLICATION TO hIGHER POLICE OFFICE , POLICE LODGED   FIR UNDER SECTION 339.323,504 AND SC/ST ACT BUT OTHER SECTIONS NOT ADDED IN THIS CASE.  

The Victim Minakshi doghter of Raj singh r/o Badhaeekala , Charthawal  district- Muzaffar nagar  was many time working with her father on the Bricks Factory. her father Raj singh was workiing last two years on that factory. the day of incident the Father of Victim stayed his house and his son sumit and daughter Minakshi with his Brother inlow left there under taking care of his brother inlow on that bricks factory. on the date of 23 may 2019 his brother inlow  at 5 pm inform to rajsingh regarding to There is a fire in the cottage, When he arrived the Incident place onsame day , he looked   his daughter was fully burnt  and died . it is surprise that all the body upper side of leg had burnt and leg till knee was safe and there was injured . 

on the date of 26th may 2019 Police has been lodged FIR against three known and five unknown persons. 

The date of 8 june Victim was went to her relative  Uncle house to play with her uncle son. the house of Uncle is  five hundred mitre of Victim house.  when she and her brother was playing some game, the Accused Shahnawaj called her to give something. she went there and after the accused catched her in side of the company where he was as labour worker  and raped her according to parents of Victim.

Victim came her Father house and share to her mother regarding incidents.then after parents of Victim went to  Incident place and Catched to Accused and Took him to Kotwali Police station and gave information to Police, and Police has been Lodged FIR against Accused.  Police has been arrested to accused and put the Jail.
